Sega Genesis, I would say. Just for its selection. I mean, it had "Batman", "Castlevania: Bloodlines", "Dragon's Fury", "Streets of Rage", "Altered Beast", "Golden Axe 3"...the list goes on and on, and it's hard to even say which is the prime example, they're all so good. In fact I should probably just stop naming favorites in general when it comes to video games, as I'm constantly going back on it later.

I have two favorite consoles. The first is Gamecube. It had such underrated and masterful titles, like Wind Waker, Luigi's Mansion, and Super Mario Sunshine. It had some addicting platformers, detailed immersive adventure games, fighting games, and some RPG's. It was an extremely diverse system, and it was so well done and had amazing content to offer. The second is NES. The games were so wonderful. The control's could be poor, but if done well, it could create a game so well-designed that we still play it today. (Mario Bros.)

I'd have to say it's a tie between the Super Nintendo and the PS2. Super Nintendo had a few of the games that rank highest on my list of games that I love, but PS2 was just...amazing  Everything about it was amazing. Including the ability to play PS1 games on it-that was probably the best part.
