Definitely Fullmetal Alchemist. Bleach got too long, and too damn repetitive, Death Note went kinda down-hill after episode 25 (we all know what happened...).

But this would be an easy choice anyways. Fullmetal Alchemist is my favorite anime of all time. As far as I am convinced, not a better story has been told by man-kind. And it also helps that I can relate to the Anime IMMENSELY. A bit too much infact. I will give Credit to Death Note though. It's still pretty good after the "tragedy". But the first 25 episodes WERE INCREDIBLE. Just thought I'd say. Again, Bleach got boring. Fullmetal Alchemist definitely wins though. Fantastic anime.

It depends on which FullMetal Alchemist series you're talking about. I'm not too fond of the first one, but Brotherhood, I absolutely adore. But all in all I would have to say FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, unless you're talking about the first series. Then, I'd have to say Death Note. Bleach has just been a huge let down lately.

I liked all three but my favorite would be Bleach. I prefer anime with more physical fighting in them so for me it was either FMA or Bleach. Bleach went on longer and I actually liked most of the filler episodes in it so I'd choose it first. Of those three it is my favorite but my actual favorites are  Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple and Hunter x Hunter.

For me it would have to FMA, I've never finished the others they're weren't my cup of tea. I just really couldn't get into those series, which lead me to like FMA more. When I say FMA I mean both of them , I personally liked them both, and enjoyed them I couldn't say I like one more then the other.

I have to say Death Note.
The first half was great, the 2nd was pretty good...

Bleach is a good show too, but way too much filler...

FMA didn't really keep my interest for long.

I'd pick FMA for the sheer coincidence that I could watched that a hundred times and not get sick of it. Nothing wrong with watching the other choices either. They're all amazing animes. Death Note's serious, and entertaining fashion, and Bleach's action-packed powerhouse. I'd list them as this, though:

Although I do like all three of the animes listed above if I had to choose one as my favorite I would choose Bleach because all of its arcs are entertaining and keep my attention and the story line is well structured and easy to keep up with.

Fullmetal Alchemist: the story is good for both anime, the voice actors are great for both English and Japanese versions, and it doesn't need over 200+ episodes to tell said story, which doesn't leave you scratching your head wondering what the hell was going on or what just happened.

Death Note because I love murder mystery and the effect of the Death Note and how easy it is to kill with it. The Shinigami realm and the Shinigamis just add to the "god" aspect of it.
