With one of the extentions... im not sure wat one...
It gives you the ability to just goto File > Restart Firefox. Or just press Ctrl + Alt + R.
Press it, see if it restarts

An extension i suggest you download is Minimise To Tray. I also got it for thunderbird. And if i could i would make everything in windows minimise to tray! That would be so cool!
