I'd probably have to say Scarecrow is the best. He's just so awesome with that creepy mask and his awesome horror movie villain-esque persona. Even though Joker's the main villain, he still is nothing compared to Scarecrow. Bane is a close second for me. Who do you like best?

Well for me it's kinda a hard question to answer because I think that the best villain in Batman MOVIES is Joker.

Of course you can't go wrong with Joker!He is so funny yet so crazy in the movies.
In the comics I would have to go with Riddler.I love how he challenged Batman to solve riddles as his name implies.

I think out of all the villains spellbinder has one of the better concepts. Joker, Two face, etc... all overrated

I think ratboy is one of the worst batman beyond villains. Curaré and inque are pretty cool too, not many female villains but those are worth mentioning though.

I would say that Killer Croc, Mr. Freeze, and Clay Face are the best, I especially like Mr. Freeze, he at least has a reason to go criminal, trying to save his wife and all.

The worst villian's are the ones like Calendar Man and the Riddler, there is no point in cliff hangers or them winning when they're easy to catch.

When I see this thread, I think of the trippy Scarecrow sections of Batman: Arkham Asylum. Scarecrow is cool, as is Joker. I don't like the Penguin, and I agree that the 2-bit villains are pretty much all lame.
