Pah, it's gotta Pokemon Red and Blue. Those games were my personal favorites, plus they started a multi-billion dollar franchise that's still alive today.

Other then that, there was a couple of Final Fantasy games released for the Gameboy, and I remember playing those a lot.

"Donkey Kong" - I played the crap out of it. It's the first game in the "mario vs donkey kong" GBA and DS collection. So many awesome puzzling levels!

I also enjoyed the first "Wario World" a ton. I still wish they would have brought Wario platformer games to NES, SNES, and so on. The new "Wario shake it" game is ok, but it's nothing like the old "Wario World" games.
