TOSH for sure. He is an actual comedian especially his last stand up happy thoughts it was really good. The soup just takes retarted reality shows and tries to be funny. The host for the soup is also corny and stupid. Tosh.o hands down.

If you were to ask me this a year ago, I would have said Web Soup. This was because i though Daniel Tosh wasn't the best of the best of people. However, now that I've actually watched the show, it is much better and way funnier than Web Soup.

That, and Chris Hardwick (Web Soup host [i think]) isn't very funny to me.
