Oh.! Arcanine. My next favorite Fire type pokemon next to Ninetails.

Arcanine has very powerful moves, also has a very decent art graphics on it. He isn't that over powered so if you use him the thrill of the game is still there.

So for me, I will give that Arcanine an 8.5/10 score.

I think raichu is a decent pokemon, it is a good electric type and it can learn some pretty good moves. Its best stat is its high speed which at level 100 maxes out at 328 which is pretty good, and then its HP is at 324 which is also respectable. Its best move in my opinion is thunder which does 120 damage. I think that is pretty good and it can also learn some other good moves as well. 

so with its good speed and hp and the ability to learn powerful moves like thunder, I rate it a 7.5 out of 10 and I  think it is a much better pokemon than pikachu but that is just my opinion.

I like Aerodactyl. He is very strong, can learn some great moves, and can fly. It is always difficult to find a good Pokemon that can fly, so Aerodactyl is very useful.

I've never been a fan of normal pokemon, but zigzagoon can become a good HM slave and it is sort of quick in the begining, nothing else stands out.

Zekrom is pretty awesome, it has great stats, especially its speed and power.

It is an awesome dragon and electric type and it is one of the few new legendary pokemon I think are awesome. Being electric and dragon type, it can learn awesome moves like thunder which is very powerful, as well as draco meteor, which again, is another super powerful, yet awesome dragon type move.

So overall, because of its awesome stats and great moves it can learn. I think this pokemon deserves a 10/10 because it is just an awesome legendary. I think you made a good choice in letting me rate this cool pokemon instead of something lame like a weedle.

Next pokemon up to be rated...metagross! This pokemon is awesome!!
