The first Final Fantasy game I played was Final Fantasy VII, I hadn't heard of it and randomly rented it and got hooked on it, but was never able to get a copy of it when it was new.

Fortunately though, now I have one with the original black label and book

I started with the first when i was around 8 and discovered Rom's i didn't know what the heck i was doing so i never got into FF i played FFV which is easily my favorite

I'm not a huge Final Fantasy fan, but the first one I ever played was 7. My brother bought it from BJ's (basically the same thing as Sam's Club) one day because his friend told him that it was fantastic. Since then he's loved the Final Fantasy series.

I enjoyed the game, but it certainly wasn't my favorite. It's my favorite Final Fantasy game, but for me that's not really saying much.

My first Final Fantasy game was Final Fantasy 3. I got it minutes after I got my DS lite. I got it along with Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword. That was one of the most funnest Final Fantasy games I have ever played. It was also hard for me too. I can't play it anymore because my DS lite is broken.

My first Final Fantasy was X-2, not X. We had X-2 for are PS2 and because I wasn't allowed to play video games until I was eleven I would play anything.  I was the only one in my family that could play it because no one else could understand the battle system.

Final Fantasy VIII was my first one that I played. I would watch my brother play it, and then I would sit down and play it myself. I couldn't get enough of it. Then after I beat it, I moved on to Final Fantasy VII. Then I beat that, then moved on to Final Fantasy Tactics. Of all the those though, when Final Fantasy XII came out, and I played it, I enjoyed it the most. It was also by far the most time consuming for me, trying to complete everything, and defeat Yizamat, who had a ridiculous amount of HP! :O
