Believe or not, the easiest boss for me would be Ridley from Zero-Mission. This is because after I get the hi-jump up grade, I do the sequence break to get super missiles. By the time I reach Ridley, I would have like 10-12 super missiles and when the battle starts, I shoot him with like 10 super missiles and he's down. It's like a 3 second fight.

Mine is Mysterio in Spider-Man 2 (PS2/Xbox/Gamecube). Seriously, when you prepare to fight, you see his health meter has like 3 layers. You punch him once, and he's defeated. He doesn't even move that quickly. You're like 3 feet away from him so it doesn't give him enough time to like run away.

Metroid other m first boss, man I see people have trouble with this boss during the demo but its so easy. Just dodge his attacks. Lock on using first person and hit the eyeball.
