I suppose this is just a layout I'll use until I get a better idea, and then just sell this one.

I personally think it's okay, but I could probably do better, guess I'll change it up a bit before I sell it.

Comments, anyone?

EDIT BY LEGGY

Don't mind me.

I just want to test your stretchyness.

So yeah. Do it to it.

STRETCH

Galacta : It's pretty good. The only thing is I'd put like 5 pixel padding around it, so the text isn't right up against the border.

Galacta :

I did a quick Google search about the font. According to this page, the closest font to the codec font is Helvetica Narrow Bold. Switching to that would make it more accurate.

pi0x : That's not a bad layout.

I actually took half of the coding from your layout and turned it into this. I'm just testing it to make sure it'll work right in the thread.

I hope you don't mind =P If you want I could give you some credit just because half the coding did come from your layout.

Lazlo Falconi : The padding was already at 5px, so I put it at 10. This looks better, no?

BNuge : I tried that but that font didn't show up. It just showed the font as if I never changed it.

leggy (I don't see the need to summon you since it's not that important)- thanks, it took a while to find that idea haha.

Galacta : Ahh, yeah much! And on the subject of fonts, that font in particular won't show up for everyone. Here's a list of safe web fonts--most of which won't get exactly the look you want, but that's the problem with web design.

I like many of the layout everyone made, that kinda really inspire me to think of making more, but the problem is... what. What kind of the theme, or something for layout for me to make?
I want the theme to be anime, but there is a lot of anime so I can't really think of good one. Ideas?

It looks neat. I personally enjoyed the colored zebra on your other one, but eh.

Are the blockquote quotation marks intentionally covering part of the quote itself?

I just used a line break to move the quote. I tried spacing it, but that didn't work.

I'll just have to remember when I do a quote to line break the quote.

The quotes were unintentional.

They are a result of Lazlo Falconi's style sheet.

If you do a blockquote on any page with Lazlo's posts, it'll do it too.

Although I personally like the way those quotes work.

I wish I knew how to work it so it'd always be on my layout. Because it would give me an idea.

But unfortunately, only you know how to do it, and I'm not going to be so awful as to steal it from your layout with the intent of using it in mine.
