I am extremely lazy when it comes to cooking so don't hate..

Air Fried Chicken Breasts, Brown rice in the pressure cooker, and green beans. Basically a lot of stuff I can just start and let it run.

I stopped being lazy for making food for work a little bit and made this in the crockpot.

Very easy to make.
I used 4 mostly thawed chicken breasts. (I buy a big bag from my local walmart..)
Little over a cup of BBQ sauce of your choice.
1 Packet of Ranch powder.
2 Tablespoons of minced garlic
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
Salt and Pepper I didn't measure but were added.

Cook on low for 4 hours afterwards take a 2 forks and just pull the chicken breasts apart into shreds. I actually did it 30 minutes before 4 hours just let the inside get more of the flavor stuff.

Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the last thing I cooked, since it was last night, but I made some ravioli and garlic bread.

Not something I made from scratch, but hey I cooked it in the oven (and on the oven) instead of in the microwave, so that counts!

We made some "healthy tacos" tonight by cooking up some ground beef and onions, and mixing them with some shredded cheese, lettuce, greek yogurt, and a little bit of hot sauce, all folded into fiber wraps. They were pretty good!
