The only notification I usually get is the one for daily CP and Viz when I log in. Once in a while I might get notified when someone posts something related to a game I have in my collection, but that doesn't happen very much.

Today has been the most notifications I've gotten in a long time. Normally I get 10 to 20 a day from referals but today I had a six horu shift at work and got more than 40 notifications while I was gone and another 60 to 80 the rest of the day. It's been insane.
