I woke up at noon today feeling relatively well rested. After eating breakfast, I had a few phone calls to make and an assignment to get started on. Other than that though, today was pretty relaxed and thankfully tomorrow will be as well.

I slept in very late today because I went to bed extremely late last night (sometime after 6 AM). I was revisiting a game I played on Steam about 4-5 years ago (The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel), but put down because the framerate was incredibly choppy and I couldn't get past this extremely frustrating boss duo after several failed attempts.

For whatever reason after randomly starting it up years later, the game now runs without issue on the exact same laptop I used back then. Now that the gameplay experience is smoother, I've been trying to advance through the game and hopefully beat it once and for all. After a few hours of reacquainting myself with the game's mechanics, I FINALLY beat the frustrating boss and moved on to the next chapter...

Even though I ended up in this situation by accident, I'll never again proceed into a boss dungeon/area this underleveled. I'd almost resigned myself to never experiencing the rest of the game's story or ending lol.

I woke up at 9:30 today. It was pretty painful considering I only got about 4 hours of sleep, but it was unfortunately necessary since our dogs had a medical checkup scheduled for 10 AM. Since they wouldn't be done until the afternoon, I immediately came back home and crashed until I got the phone call to come pick them up.

Depends on which time the first time I woke up at 8 in the morning due to my sugar being low so I got up treated for it ate breakfast and then went back to bed and got woke up next by my cat who I promptly ignored walking on me and fell back asleep till my alarm went off at 10:55 AM and then I turned it off and... fell right back asleep for another hour oops.

I woke up at 11 AM and made myself some fried eggs and toast before making my hour long commute to work. I don't know when exactly I fell asleep, but I know it was sometime between 3-4 AM. Strangely enough, I didn't feel as well-rested as I probably should've for getting a full night's sleep.

I woke up just a few minutes after noon. I didn't necessarily want to wake up, but I remember it being uncomfortably warm since it was ~80° degrees outside and I couldn't fall asleep again, so I just woke up and started my day, which was probably for the best since I'm trying to adjust my sleep schedule so I can wake up earlier anyway.

I woke up today at 6:45 as per usual in order to make breakfast and work out and then head to work. For breakfast I made turkey bacon , scrambled eggs and the sweet Bob Evans sausage patties with a cup of orange juice. Then I did a brief workout and sped off to work barely making it on time but honestly being late has no real consequences at my job lol
