I woke after 11 AM, which is not the time I initially wanted to wake up but I could still have a fruitful morning so not too bad I guess.

I was also able to wake up naturally and not feel tired throughout the day, which is good because I woke up at around 8 AM or so but returned to sleep, and normally I sleep for too long when this happens. I may be able to get a healthy sleep routine after all, seeing how I can resist it without major drawbacks.

normally on weekdays, I wake up around 5:20 in the morning mostly because my workplace is not close to home I have to take three buses to get there (believe me I would rather take just 2 but unfortunately during the first lockdown the city changed one of my normal bus routes to a way that isn't convenient to me. I only do this three days a week though, the rest of the week my alarm clock doesn't matter (unless I have a doctors appointment early in the morning....I don't like sitting around in the doctors office all day only to be told that I've gained weight again)

Today is the earliest that I woke up in around 2 weeks. Yesterday I woke up at 7:15AM but then today I woke up at 7AM. It was mostly because I went to bed like an hour or so earlier than I did the night before, so I was able to get a good amount of sleep, even though I woke up a couple times throughout the night, but it wasn't too bad.
