Yes I care, if I didn't care about what people thought of me I'd probably be in time square with no clothes on ranting about Donald Trump. |

I live in a state where there is a pot shop every block and it has ruined the prices of rent which have skyrocketed because every pot head in america came here to buy their drugs. Plus, I don't like the smell of skunk arse. When you live in an area with potheads you will smell the skunk nearby. Despite that, it's better then drunks. I think it is liquor that should be outlawed. |

Legacy cheated here using clickbait in his title. Youtubers do this kind of thing all the time to up their views. Plus, how do we know he didn't refresh the page 100 times? Did you track unique viewers? Sure he is popular and all but I don't see how this proves anything other then that clickbaiting works really well. I tried to dislike Davideo7's post but received an error message: "You cannot dislike Davido7, please try again when you like him" In other news, what is the likelihood of someone abusing the dislikes? Highly bloody likely. Why can likers come out of the closet but dislikers have to be remain hidden from vizsociety? There needs to be a tax on dislikes (20,000 vizzes per dislike) that way people can put money where their mouth is. In other news, what is the likelihood of someone abusing the dislikes? $800 seems like a ripoff considering Frodo ruined the ring in a smelting accident. I could care less about the painting, the movies or the book. I want my precious. I could care less about the painting, the movies or the book. I want my precious. |

I'm more of a traitor then a follower or a leader. - To be a leader you need extrovert qualities and I don't have that. I hate bossing people around and viewing myself as superior than others just so I can feel special about myself. You also need to be a master at convincing, manipulating and brianwashing others so that they listen to you. Not not all leaders are bad but those who are soft spoken I prefer the best as they are easier to work with. You really need that charles manson like charm to get people to follow you and that is something I do not have. - To be a follower you usually go along to get along and that isn't something that I typically do not like doing. A leader may tell you their intentions but who really knows if they can be trusted. At times if I follow I feel like a sheep being lead into the slaughter house with no power in any decision making process. Basically I am a robot doing whatever for someone elses benefit and that gets to me. I'll follow sure but I have my limits as to how much I'd follow and it also depends on the circumstances. Being a traitor is the equalizer between leader and follower, I'm not saying I intentionally am out to screw people over but I feel like being a traitor is the only way to gain leverage with someone who is power hungry or if I feel they are screwing me somehow. I don't want to hurt anyone but at the same time I don't want to become someones b!tch so I am on the fence here. I guess what I'm trying to say is I prefer working and being around people who view themselves as equals. - To be a leader you need extrovert qualities and I don't have that. Duke Nukem Total Meltdown and Doom 64 were very memorable games in the 90's but you know I just can't get into them very much. Something about being confined in small areas in FPS games isn't very appealing or entertaining to me. Despite that they were good back in the day. I don't like remastered stuff... it's just milking the franchise for every little penny. Even if there are new levels and soundbites that isn't something that would make me go out and buy it. Hardcore fans will enjoy it I'm sure but probably not the casuals. Both Doom and Duke franchises are highly overrated I just never really got interested in any of the games except those two I mentioned above from the 90's. If you like Duke Nukem's dark humor and FPS games I recommend trying Serious Sam: The Second Encounter, it has better graphics, better weapons, lots of dark and immature humor and overall more enjoyable gameplay. I dislike the idea of liking the likes because its like hey look at me I am likable someone likes me. This is likely a bad idea as all the trolls will likely dislike just to dislike so that the likes don't get more likes. You and your likes or dislikes it's likely dislikable. The likeliood of me liking this feature is none. It's not like I give a damn either way. He'd actually lose money by giving away shirts to donors as the funds would be coming out of the donation (not only would price of shirt be deducted but also shipping fees). There is probably some sort of initial investment fee involved in merch as well but it depends on where or who is doing the printing. I'm also not so sure he can print trademarked or copyrighted materials (example pokemon or nintendo shirts) without one of them getting angry and suing him over it. It's not a bad idea we just need to find a place that would assist in printing or creating the merch. Zeldisaster : . "There are other ways to get money from your users than simply begging and Patreon-whoring." Yeah maybe if should go rob his users at gunpoint that will fix the problem. "People like Randy" I don't get it, you want David to hire new developers but at same time mention people like Randy have screwed the site over. That only discourages him into hiring anyone. I wish I could say your features would make the site money but honestly I don't think they would. I mean Sonic, Mario, Pokemon are just a click away in the RGR. The only people I see using any of those are casual board users and patreon supporters of the site. I guess if these features were only accessible by patreoning or donations THEN I could see them making money. Who the heck knows though... I guess the only way to find out is make the features and hope for the best. "There are other ways to get money from your users than simply begging and Patreon-whoring." Davideo7 : The pages I visit most are the index and around the forums (new reply / new thread). Pretty certain it has happened on all three of those. Unfortunately the errors are very random and sparse so it's hard to debug the problem. My only guess is it's got to be something used on all pages like in a header file. It could be a client side error from bad javascr |

Has anyone come across connection timeout errors when visiting Vizzed? Refreshing the page fixes it but I just find it odd that the only site it happens on is Vizzed. I see the error several times a day. |

Anyone with an internet connection, mobile phone, roof over their head and money to eat can afford a measly $2 a month to play games (not that you have to pay real money to play you can still pay with viz). I don't think people realize how hard it is to run your own business and make enough money to cover it and your family at the same time. David's been working on this site well over 10 years and many of those years he made no money on it. When he finally did earn money off the site he invested a ton back into it ($30,000 in the RGR plugin in addition to the monthly server fees). |

Ghostbear1111 : If anyone is to blame it is millennials who seek attention off negative thoughts or who use shock and awe tactics to make their opinion go viral. These are the ones on social media who complain about every little thing in life and have turned America into a politically correct nation (not that I support Trump or anything, just saying it's become the issue of our time). Now I admit I am a millennial but I hate social media and do not feel the need to complain about such petty things like the pledge of allegiance or christmas decorations. If people do not like them fine what do I care. The pledge is the least of ones worries what they should be worried about homework and other children. |

Here are some additional ideas: - Give Patreons a highlighted background in memberlist or at least make it sortable by patreons and donations. - Give Patreons a banner like in TDV so their name stands out to show they are "special" users lol. - Allow people to become a Patreon with Viz except instead of a Viz multiplier it would be a CP multiplier. - Patreon stats page that shows which levels they have pledged, how long they have pledged, how much extra Viz they earned while pledging per month, how much money they pledged altogether etc.. . - Maybe add a Patreon / Pledger of the Year award for the Vizzed Awards that would be based on total pledged or something. - Make badges and certain item shop products only available to Patreons. I think the more features you offer these Patreons the better. In fact, I think maybe you should start restricting certain features and make them exclusive for pledgers only such as the trust point system, profile and post layouts, sending Viz to others... simple things like that could make all the difference. - Give Patreons a highlighted background in memberlist or at least make it sortable by patreons and donations.
