I'll try to come up with some poll ideas, but if we're going to try to do a "continuous poll" thing you're talking about, we might want to change it every week. That way the fans will be more likely to check back more often and stay involved. I suppose if you guys think that wouldn't give fans enough time to answer, we could stagger it, i.e. add a new poll each week that'll last two weeks, so halfway through each poll we would add a new one. Or, I suppose we could also just change it every two weeks but only have one going at a time.

There was no way for Zylo to know what questions would be answered on the site. I think it would be a good idea to answer our signers with courtesy when they are asking honest questions. If we weren't going to give him the site URL (which we've agreed we're not doing yet) we should let him know what we're about so he'll know whether or not to check the site out when we release it. Jake, don't forget about the other problems with the site we've listed. There's Nate's name, changing "Privacy Policy" to "Legal" and whatever else we needed done. I don't know if those would be included in the "dynamic-site problems" or not, and I'd rather we not forget them.

Also, can I set it up similar to yours, with the text over the image, keeping the posts a standard size, providing a scrollbar for longer posts and putting my signature at the bottom on top of the bottom of the image? Do you know how to do that?

Yes for the background box and no for the text color. I got the full picture to show up in the preview, but only when I stretched it for text and image.

Forgive the off-topic remark, but I can't get my backround to change in "Edit Layout." I'm trying to put this image (http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/7851/ctrpwallpaperdarkages5nq.jpg) as my background (or a smaller version, depending on how big it turns out) and change my text to black. But whatever I do, nothing seems to change. Advice?

The characters in Romancing Saga look too elaborate for my understanding of the Chrono Trigger characters. Other than that, I would be very happy with that art style for the CT remake.

I agree that we shouldn't have just anyone posting in here, especially with the amount of traffic our site will get. I suggest that we change everything the current "Chrono Trigger Remake Petition" part of the forum to "staff only," but in the same section have threads where anyone can post, i.e. feedback threads, question threads, threads to discuss the game, and I think we should create another "dream" thread in the fan section. It'll be interesting to see what all of the Chrono Trigger fans have to say. Can we set it up so that all the threads are at the same section, but to avoid confusion our threads would be at the top and marked staff only?

About the moderation: I don't really like the idea of giving myself credit, but at CT:RP I was one of the key members keeping people "on track" and solving disputes. This is where Stoney's comments about my logic come from. In other words, I may be of some help in the moderation of the forum. I don't have much interest in posting elsewhere on the site, but would like to be able to keep an eye on this area as I did at CT:RP.

I suggest we wait until we have a good idea of how quickly we have signatures coming in. Then we'll have an idea of when we'll get to the 25% completion mark. Once we've got that idea, we can decide when to contact the gaming sites.
