questions about sega dreamcast and saturn emulators

Are sega saturn games available to play in retro game room? everytime i try a game they all say need beta ticket but it is not for sale. I've read in another post that taken out of shop but games supposedly can be played. If so how is that done ?  Also on the dreamcast games i need to know how to get game controller to work. loads game to date screen but no keyboard or controller buttons do anything. controller plugged in before starting emulator and computer should be able to handle dreamcast so at loss how to get to work. tried logitech and p3 controllers to no avail. Do you know the specs for how powerful computer needs to be to handle dreamcast if thats my problem. using windows 8.1 and chrome by the way which works fine on playstation and other games. any help appreciated.

I think the V-Machine CD should suffice for playing the CD based games in general. Since I already own a beta ticket I can't speak on whether or not this is necessary to play the Sega Saturn games as opposed to just having the V-Machine CD.
