So, why is it that Vizzed has Mario, Final Fantasy, Doom, Zelda, and Pokemon user rank sets but no MegaMan set? I wouldn't mind making one if David or another high-ranking Vizzed member would let me/ is interested. Has anyone else thought of this before?

One main thing to consider is how the ranks are placed.
For example, if you just use classic Megaman, what is rank one?
Is it Rock? then what about the last rank, is it something like RushMegaman?
I've put some thought into this myself so if you want someone to talk to about it I'm here

It only goes throught the classic series, though an X series one is also a good idea.

My idea is to have the first 10-20 ranks be normal MegaMan enemies such as Metools, Tellys, Pipis, and Spring Heads. After them, robot masters will begin, the earlier ones being the easier ones. (ToadMan will be the first robot master in the list.) Once most, if not all robot masters are through, It moves on to characters such as Bass, ProtoMan, Rush, DarkMan, etc. MegaMan himself will be late in the list, but the final ranking will be Super Adapter MegaMan, preceeded by the Jet and Power Adapters, respectively.
