She looks at him, opens her mouth to say something but closes it and looks down into the ground.

"I'd rather not go out to... Eat... With anyone..."

She gets up, the wound is not yet fully healed but she musters her strength and starts slowly flying away.

"Kamiri, I'm not done healing you!"

"Don't worry Jessica, I can patch this up when I get home."

She slowly flew over the gates and into the city, blood still slowly dripping from the wound.

"Good going genius, You couldn't have thought of saying ANYTHING ELSE!?"

The girl apparently named Jessica gives Aburai an angry look.

"You better come with me, Kana will have to give you a short recent history lesson."


She grabbed Aburai by the neck and started pulling him towards the Rahan offices.



The others had already walked into the Rahan offices, and Kana was there in the first hallway to greet them.


"Congratualtions, you're now officially Rahans, and may enter the left door for the actual Rahan headquarters, follow me."

She went through the door and on the other side was a big bar, with loads of round tables, there were Rahans sitting at some of them, drinking, eating, talking and listening to the music from the piano on the other end of the room.

"Hey, Bartender, pass me a Cedronade will you?"

Kana said towards the bartender standing in the bar, and he immediately threw a small bottle which she happily brought with her.

She walked up a pair of stairs to reach the inner balcony above the bar, there were lots of doors up here, and she entered the one at the end of it, inside there was a small office, kinda like the one for enw recruits but with mroe decorations and three portraits of some men on the wall behind the desk.

Kana took a seat behind the desk and motioned for you to take seats in front of the desk.

"Now then, about your performerance in the battle, I would have to say that"

But she got abruptly interrupted as Jessice slammed open the door and threw Aburai into the room.

"NOW YOU CAN SAY WHAT YOU DID JERK"

If one didn't tell that she was mad by her voice, then they surely could by her face.



((OOC: Yeah sorry, for controlling you a little there, but well... It works lots better this way.))

((When Kamiri flies away))

"Wait, maybe we could do something else!"

*tries to get up, but is still too weak thanks to getting hit in the neck*

((When he starts to get dragged))

"OH f*** THAT HURTS! SHIIIIIIIT"

((At the Rahan Office))

"OH SWEET BABY JESUS, MY NECK! MY MOTHER F**KING NECK!"

*looks at everybody*

"Hey everybody... I would get up, but I wasn't healed all the way, got dragged from the West Gate to here by my neck, which is still incredibly sensitive, throbbing and sore, and got dragged up a flight of stairs by my neck while my body was violently thumping against each and every step. So, guys, I recommend you leave because, odds are, I'm about to get violently murdered"

*"Need any help Jessica?" Septembern asks, but he feels pity for Aburai and decides to guard his "friend" ...

It's time for some info on Kamiri in this one.

Oh and Rasen, your wound was practically fully healed before she started dragging you,her healing magic is strong. But then again I was an idiot for not making that clear, my bad.

"I told you to say what you did, not to recite your just punishment."

Jessica bent down and put her fist clenched in front of aburais face.

"So you better f***ing start talking now or I'll just ri"

"Enough! Jessica, this is not proper conduct against the new ones."

"It is when he's stupid enough to ask Kamiri to go out and get something to eat with him."

Kana blinked, and then glared at them both.

"So that makes both of you idiots, now put him down on a seat and finish healing him, it seems like I have some history to go through."

Jessica pulled up Aburai from the floor and put him on a chair next to the others, and then placed her hand on his neck to take care of it.



Kana pointed to the portraits on the wall behind her.

"I want you to look at these men, all three of them were some of the important persons our city of Tolena has ever had."

She pointed at the one on the left. A young male with long hair and what seems to be feathers floating around him.

"First is the greatest warrior ever to grace this world, capabable to decimate armies in a flash, and he saved our city countless times. He... Was also my lover, and the most important person in my life."

She pointed to the one in the middle. A older man in a military garment.

"Commander Quinn, a strategic genius that could turn any battle into a victory, and the founder of the Rahans, he also served as the head of the government of our city for many years."

And last she pointed to the one on the right. A dark haired boy with elf ears and cross pupils in his eyes.

"And last we have Xun, a magician so great that he could shake the foundations of the world by merely swatting his hand. He also had a love interest, and he pursued it to get into a relationship with Kamiri.

"These three have one thing in common."

She turned around facing the new ones and gave them a serious look.

"They all got murdered. In fact two of the three murderers are in this very room."

She pointed at Jessica.

"Jessica here murdered the love of my life, because he could no longer control the strengths he possessed and became a danger to us all."

She pointed at the portrait of Quinn.

"And I murdered Quinn, once his totalitarian rule of our city reached levels that could threaten life as we know it."


She looked straight into Aburais eyes.

"But we were prepared for that, and we did what we had to. But the one who murdered Xun didn't want to do it and merely acted in self defense, and Xun himself didn't want to attack her. And I think you can figure out who the last murderer is."

She leaned back into her chair.


"This was a mere month ago."



She looked out, awaiting the panic when they all realized what she had just said.

* "OH GOD!" Septembern exclaims as he stepped back and raised his sword in defence.

* Septembern was more shocked than anything else...

*starts screaming like a girl*


"Wow, that's horrible... but how the hell did you kill those guys? I can understand Kamiri, she's an amazing sharpshooter. Seriously, she handles guns better than I've ever seen. It was fate, I suppose. But why did asking Kamiri for dinner set off a small war with Jessica here?"

Nicki starred... "Perhaps she has a past that we ourselves do not know about? You know like those movies and plays?" Nicki then just look up towards the ceiling wondering to himself, what really was the problem.

"That was..... shocking..... but to kill someone you love unwillingly... that must be hard for Kamiri... and to lose someone that is really special to you for the sake of safety...", then I looked at Kana with my sad eyes..

"Don't worry Septembern, if I wanted you dead, you'd be dead by now. And as for you Aburai, I don't know if it was your intention, but everyone knows about the relationship Kamiri had with Xun, and what happened. And asking her to go out and eat with you might be considerate from your side, it will just remind her of Xun which we don't really want at the moment."

She stood up and started walking towards the door. Stooping in front of Julie to gently pet her on the head.

"And don't worry about me Julie, my partner died many years ago, and I have since gotten over it."

She handed Jessica some papers before she went out.

"Can you take care of the last part of this for me? I need to go check up on Kamiri."

Jessica grabbed the papers and took the seat behind the desk.

"Well then, now that we have that out of the way, time for your results.

First off, Julie, rather passive, yet good support when it was needed. A total of 2000Q for you.

Next, Septembern, not that much contribution, mostly jumping around, but stood up to allies in need. 2100Q total.

Nicki, so so, needs to do more. 2000Q.

John, Managed to not listen at all and merely do one good thing in the whole fight, 1500Q.

Aburai, Good sparring, into it from the beginning, and not afraid to take one for the team. 3000Q.



Aaaaaaand there's also a sign up bonus of 20000Q to each of you. Which is fitting because a cheap apartment costs exactly 20000Q. I'd advise that you pair yourselves up 2 and 2 or 3 and 3 and then head right across the streets to find yourself some apartments.

* Septembern recieves no answer "Okay, I guess i'll save my Q too"

* Septembern decides to just walk around the town during the night...

"There's a few shops in between here and the west gate, this is part of the shopping district after all. You'll probably be able to find weapons there.

You should also note that if you don't get somewhere to stay then you'll have to sleep outside the city, because walking around in the city after midnight is illegal.

It's one of the nasty laws Quinn made, and we haven't been able to fully fix it yet."

Jessica got up from her seat and started walk out.

"Those who want to be smart and get an apartment can just follow me."

She walked out of the Rahan building and into the apartment complex, hoping that most would be smart enough to follow.


((Yeah guys, you can try sleeping outside the city or inside the city on the streets.

But I would highly not recommend it.))

"Well I guess I'll pick the better choice", then I follow Jessica to where she's going. " But I dont know who I'll be with yet."

*Aburai sighs*

"Wow, what a gay law. Only person I'd bunk with would be Zapp, but we haven't seen him in ages and I don't trust him to not piss in my bed when he's drunk."

*looks at Julie*

"Would you like to bunk up? Not like that, it's just that you're the only one in the group that didn't get slapped around"
