So yeah, being as the sites losing traffic, it's great to get traffic, especially during TDV. However, is there a DQ during TDV when a user just posts say, thirty times in a row in different areas, but all spammy responses? Whereas a vast majority of us put thought into our posts, it seems ridiculous to have to look at all these one liner ten second no thought posts. Keep in mind I hold no placement in this TDV, nor have I ever. I just want this forum to have quality over quantity. Even IF the sites a bit sluggish for traffic as of late.

It's really obvious what they're doing. TDV isn't fun when it's a spam-fest, and there's not enough substance in the posts to do what the forum is for: adding to the discussion.

That said, theres folks keeping the board afloat and worth coming back to.

It has happened many times before, I'm pretty sure. I used to do the same thing when I first competed in the TdV. I made 80+ posts a day, but most of them were rushed and short. Now during the TdV I can make 30+ posts a day, but it takes longer because I put a lot of thought into them.

It used to be a rule that if users sandwich-posted excessively, they would get DQ'd but geeogree cleared up in a thread that that isn't a site rule. That was probably part of what you were referring to. I actually sandwich-post like crazy in my threads now to keep good discussion going, and it works out well!
