Free Movement Cheat/All Morphs:

In order to be able to float above walls and therefore go anywhere at any time, move Casper to the top left corner of a room. Then, hold down the L1, R1, Up, Left and Start keys - if done right, the game should freeze. Now, while keeping R1 and Start held, let go of L1, Up and Left, and press Down, Right and Triangle. If this is done right, Casper should begin moving again, and now you can use R1 to float above walls.

With this, you can reach a very secret room where you will find all of the Morphs, along with all of the key items needed to progress, including keys. To find it, from the area you start in (with the floor which has the swirl pattern) go up the left staircase, then in the next area, you want to float high before heading down until you find the room in question.
