Has anyone heard about the Megatouch series of games, made by Merit? I've provided a short history below for those who don't know.
Megatouch is a series of Touch-screen based arcade games made by Merit, first introduced in 1994. Each version of Megatouch is a compilation of games, mostly consisting of Card games, with a few others. Each new version removes, changes or adds new games, ranging from Cards, Logic and Action games, to Quizzes.
In 1997, Megatouch XL was introduced, which ran on newer hardware, meaning higher resolution and sound quality, unlike the Original Megatouch games, which ran on 8-bit hardware. This new hardware also had increased capacity, meaning more games in each version, as well as introducing a new interface, with the games sorted in various categories.
Has anyone played on a Megatouch machine before? I find old touch-screen based arcade games to be really interesting, and I'm curious about if there are other people on here who share the same interest.
