The picture looks fine to me, but you might want to consider a different font color, possibly light blue (color code #0000FF).

You might also want to look at changing your div code so your scrollbar fits that pic a bit neater, try replacing
<div align="center" style="width:400px; height:400px;
with
<div align="center" style="width:100%; height:430px;
And I think you'll like the difference for the posts that use the scrollbar

The scrollbar is definitely better. As for the font color, I'd actually tried that shade of blue before but didn't think it went well because it didn't really match the picture(I have a thing for doing that) but now that I think about it, I'm not going to be able to use a mtaching color am I? Would it make the text too hard to see?

both colors are kinda tough for me to read.

I like the picture... but pictures like that don't make great layouts because of the problem of text color. Very few colors work well and look good with pictures like that.
