I just took a sip of some Diet Pepsi caffeine free which isn't my preference I much prefer the caffeine but oh well it still beats water any day of the year! I think I've mentioned it before but just having diet pop even without the caffeine makes it so I'm still awake enough to function which I just don't understand.

The last thing that I drank was some chocolate milk that I made using the chocolate Nesquik powder and some lacto-free milk which is essentially like normal milk but with the lactose taken out of it since I'm actually lactose intolerant, apparently, it's a genetic thing and it can happen to anyone randomly at any point in their life usually when they're grown up or it could potentially not happen at all I didn't know for a decent while my dad was lactose intolerant too since he never mentioned it or anything turns out he's just stubborn and he was denying it for years. I do find it interesting though how you can have premade chocolate milk or you could buy the powder and make it that way or you can buy these straws that have like the balls of powder in them so when you drink them with the milk it gets processed through them.

The last thing I drank and pretty much what I've had to drink all day today has been water begrudgingly. As anyone who has followed this thread for any period of time will likely know I hate water it has an awful taste and the only good tasting water is well water! So today for the first time in years I said enough of this awful plain water let me try putting some

A couple days ago I couldn't pay for my regular Latte and I didn't want a regular coffee but I noticed that the Americano is $2 less than a latte so I tried it out and thought it was much better than a coffee and only a little worse than the Latte so I started getting that every day this week.

I've been hooked on Arizona Green Tea. I bought so many of them on their last sale that I've been drinking at least one a day. I had a sip of Coca Cola about 3 hours ago at work and it gave me a surprising amount of energy, but I guess that's what you get when you almost entirely cut heavy sugar and caffeine out of your diet.
