I'm bored and want something to do. At the same time I want to mess around with my new camera so I'm looking for suggestions of places to go and take photos of around NYC. If you can think of places around the city, pick a place and I'll see if I can get a few nice shots.

I already took a few shots in my A photo a day thread and am currently en route to NY Harbor for some pics so I guess anything related to stuff I already took pictures of would be off limits for a bit.

I'd probably take one day a week to go around and take the pics.

I also think the Statue of Liberty would be cool! Also you could consider St. Patrick's Cathedral, which looks very photo worthy! I've never been to New York but it looks very nice.

Baritron : That's not a filter at all. The phone doesn't even have that kind of filter. What I had to do was edit the photo a little bit, then save that. Then add another layer of edit to the saved photo.So each time that I saved the photo, it would look different. There's about 8 different variations of the Statue between the original one and the sketch one, with each one having -100% less color than the one before it, so basically it kept compounding onto itself each time I saved,
