Every time that I want to sell something on Steam I get this message that says my listings and stuff are on hold and that "You are logging into The Market from a device that has not been protected by Steam Guard for 7 days."

How do I fix this? I looked up everything to do and fixed all the issues, but every week I just get the same message, and it's been going like this since just before Christmas, telling me that on a certain dats I should be able to use my account again, and then resetting after that date passes.

They lock the market for a while when you turn it off to prevent using your account info from being falsely used for purchases.

Are you using the Steam mobile app? It has a mobile authenticator that bypasses the market holds and restrictions if you sync your account to it. When you go to sell something it sends you a confirmation message. Other than that, I know the Steam market has a lot of restrictions.
