Okay so I was having some troubled with the latest version of the RGR plug in, AVG considered it a threat and so I removed it and that caused it to stop the installation, after I mistakenly removed the threat the second time it wouldn't allow me to install it again it was coming up with an error. After un installing, removing it and restarting my computer I was able to install it but it wouldn't work.

The emulator screen would appear and it would appear to load and then it would sit on the load screen, I also noticed that every time I restarted my computer and clicked the Vizzed program in start up, it would re install. So I followed David's advice and I installed an older version.

Now the older version actually works but it if I restart my computer and click the Vizzed program in start up, it will re install. So it's working fine for the moment if I just open a web page and navigate to the Vizzed retro game room. I'm just concerned that I've possibly cause an error where now instead of the website opening up when I click the Vizzed program, it re installs, when it is already installed.

Are there any suggestions to fix this, or has anyone experienced anything similar to this?

RockmanXLan :   You're doing it wrong. The reason it is called a plugin is because it plugs in to your browser and adapts the function so a game can be played.

Leave the plugin program alone. Do not click it on your desktop. Maybe delete that shortcut while you are at it. It will only cause grief. You never need to do anything with it. The function of that is for installation purposes only. If the plugin has an update available you will be informed promptly when you open your play window. No need to get it any place but the source.

The following is partially what you ended up doing anyway. This is pretty much all you ever need to do to get what you desire here. You were on the right track, just stop trying to open the installer directly.

To use it, open your browser normally. Navigate to Vizzed. Sign into your account. Navigate to a game specific page.

There are two options now. If you have already downloaded the ROM that is specifically coded to the game you wish to play, you may choose the option to further navigate on Vizzed to a page that opens a file loader from which you can load a supported game ROM. When you enter it, that window will be replaced by your game window.

The other option is to click the other game page link to go to some other site I forget the URL of, which provides a private load of the game ROM you wished to play into a Vizzed game window. The plugin works quite well on a browser either way.

Postman3 : Yes I was doing it wrong now I feel silly, thanks for the clarification. I shall no longer click the direct install.
