So.. I'm pretty new to the whole " Rom hacking " community and I wanted to start with something easy, so I chose the PS1. The game in particular being, " Parappa the Rapper ". Now I'm not confident on what tools I need to " Rom hack " it per-say. So here's everything I have so far.
- ePSXe emulator
- Parappa the Rapper BIN file

Now I finished explaining here's the problem I have, ( Just remember, I might sound a tad stupid after saying this. )
How do I extract BIN files to access the " game-files "? And by " game-files " I mean the Graphics; sounds and etc.
