Basically, what I want is something free that allows my viewers to get points for being in the stream. I can double their points if they follow. I can do giveaways for bonus points. And then, I can easily remove points from them when they wish to redeem them. 

An added bonus would be if I could give them a bonus based off of their lifetime time in stream.

thing1 : I don't use Twitch much but a quick search gave me two bots: LoyaltyBot and DeepBot. DeepBot is paid though, so I guess you don't want to have a look at it.

It seems to have the first two points of what you want (giving points to viewers and double their points if they subscribe), but I'm not sure about the rest. It seems to have mod commands though, but they seem to be semi-functional. In case you want to get your hands a bit dirty, you could try giving it a shot.

supremesonicbrazil : I did look at deep bot, and it was paid, so I unauthorized it without being able to do anything with it. 
As for LoyaltyBot, I was looking into that as well, but it won't work for what I have imagined. Also, it's code, and not a website thing. The only way I would use a coded one was if it was custom made for me.
