I remember as a little kid watching on VHS an animated short film that had something to do with a penguin (and some other arctic animals) and a pair of sunglasses(?) that they said made you blind or something like that. The title of it had Prix in it (I think) and the animation looked like something from Hanna Barbera in the 1960s (although I could be wrong since my memory is failing on me) I know that no one here could probably help me but if you know someone who might please let me know!

Have you already looked at all of the characters from Hanna Barbera? I've seen pictures of many of the characters when they're standing together (although I don't know all of them), so perhaps you can check to see if the characters you are looking for are somewhere in those kinds of pictures?
