OMG, I collected all 5 books (even the D-I-Y book, but it only got one page of the journal because my life is really boring ) and they are wicked cool for something non-fantasy.

but they screwed up rodrick's room in the trailer which is suppose to be in the the basement, I just hope this movie will at least be okay for me.

Actually, some of the best movies out there were based on books. But if you're saying kids books then yes.

I saw a trailer of it and it looks like they followed the story really well, but the trailer just says Box Office Bomb.

This should be something good, I really loved the books, they provide something that you don't really see nowadays; Humor and personality.
I have a lot of friends who read it, and are quite excited about this. Howewer, as you guys said, the good books get always get a bad movie. Let's hope that that doesn't happen
