I love using Soilder 76, for me he's just easy to control, and is the one that I can perform the best with. Love all of his attack.

I've only been playing for a week, but the only character I can play half-competently as, especially considering everyone I've been stuck playing against is like level 90...

I don't know why. Normally I suck as tanks, but D.Va is just so simple to use, and I've been getting Play of the Game semi-frequently with her.

I've been using every character, consistently switching between all of them. Though, the two characters I have the most fun are Junkrat and symmetra. Junkrat has convenient situational abilities that does damage and let's you escape from any trouble. Symmetra is a nightmare to everyone when used right, like having a microwave room or shooting people and being stupidly hard to hit.

First off, what device does everyone play on? PC personally, but looking for friends.

I'm a dedicated Tracer main, I only got PotG as her twice, but she seems to go mostly unnoticed if she doesn't top damage anyway, but that's not what I should be focusing on while I play her because she's mostly used for scouting and harassment.
