I'm looking for a English reproduction cart of Fire Emblem Dark Dragon and the Blade of Light (FE1), not for me, but, as a gift for a friend, and I've only been able to find one online. I emailed the guy, but it's been 2 hours, and no answer back.

I found a few sites that would be able to do them.

The first one:

They require a "donor cart" to put the hacked board into, but are the cheapest I have seen at $25.

The second:

Not sure if they are still doing this, but worth sending out an email.

Very pricey at $60, but its in stock and ready to order it seems.

We spoke a bit on steam, but after considering what you said, you are probably right.

The last one is probably your best bet since it is a storefront and even tho its $60, its a game that was never available outside the Japan.
That donor cart thing seems like a lot of trouble...
