What is your favorite Biome for any game at all?

So I was playing Starbound on Vizzed's Starbound server and it seemed to me that some of the Biomes had been changed quite a bit. Admittedly, it had been a while since I last played because all of the Beta wipes were pretty sad, but I was still pretty excited to see that the developers added a lot of new things including a Biome with roses. Yes, ROSES!! When I have more time, I'm going to do my best to play on our server. Join us if you'd like!

I always love a good biome with a lot of mountains and snow. Leaves plenty of room to explore and a nice mysterious vibe to it.

I love. . . the perfect countryside.

Thinking of Minecraft here. . . I like the idea of a nice, tree filled area. A wide river moving into the sea. A nearby set of mountains, and perhaps a field a little ways away.

I know, boring, right? But it's true. I just really love that basic look when it's filled with water and life.

But. . . that's the way I like it! It's the cradle of a civilization if you ask me, and the perfect place to start building. It feels like home, and I could relax in such an area forever. It's this special feeling that Zelda games have typically brought over me as well as certain places in Minecraft.

And yeah, as I said. I know that sounds really boring. XD
