Is anyone having trouble with PS controls with a 360 controller?

I have been playing some Playstation games on Vizzed with an XBox 360 controller.  All of the sudden, I am having trouble with the controls.  When I try to configure them, it won't work.  I get the up/down/L/R and select/start done but then when it gets to the buttons and front buttons, they won't register correctly. 

I tried my controller on some other games, like NES and Genesis, etc, and haven't had any problems with any of the buttons (I've tried setting the A/B/C buttons to all the buttons on my controller and they work fine).  So it seems like it isn't my controller that is the issue.

Has anyone else been having this problem with the controls on Playstation or other games?

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
