Suicide bombing is a result of radical Islam. They believe that if they die in the cause of Jihad then they will automatically go to heaven.

It's not exactly something you can fight very well. Other than killing them all off there is little else you can do.

Islamic beliefs are that they are supposed to spread Islam all over the world by any means necessary. Whether it is conversion by choice or by force. Whether it means killing off everyone that isn't a Muslim. In the end Islam is supposed to take over the world according to what they believe.

But also if you study the religion a little, you will find that a lot of stuff like treating women as lesser people, and suicide bombings,and honor killing, and all that crap is not part of the religion. it is man's perversion of the religion. metal is exactly right, I'm also pretty sure that all those things are part of messed up laws that they made in those countries, but that happens with every religion, it becomes perverted and twisted to be used by power hungry people and zealots.
Their beliefs are no more valid or invalid then any of religion, but lets face it, if there was mass media and our technology around at the times of the crusades then everyone would be saying bad things about christians or whatever.

The biggest problem I have with this is that it puts no value on human life and I think when a religion allows you to kill someone then I think that religion has lost it's way.

I'm not saying they've got it right when they interpret the certain passages the way they do... but if you didn't know any better you would think the people teaching you were right. I'm not saying I agree with what they are doing... but the blame has to be placed on the right people. The people killing themselves "for the cause" are usually brainwashed into thinking it's worthwhile. If the cause was so important then the leaders would be on the front line blowing themselves up too.

I recommend watching this documentary it is informative on the Islamic people and is also very funny at sometimes. Its from the guy Morgan Spurlock who did the "Super Size Me" documentary.

The documentary is called "Where in the World is osama bin laden?", and in my opinion is one of the best documentary's I have seen in a while. Here is the link, and its on hulu so you dont have to download anything or go on some sketchy site.

just so you guys know the christians did something very similiar with the crusades. Granted suicide and bombs weren't used, but blades blood and war still were. So when you go to fight to spread your religion, as long as its the right one you still get to go to heaven?

Well, my problem with what you said was that line right there. No matter how just you may think your cause is.... going on the offensive to spread your religion through violence and death is wrong in every case and goes against what both Christianity and Islam teach.
