I noticed you posted about this in the Report Problems with Games thread, but I never got around to responding.

These games require additional files within a folder called samples within the MAME directory. I discussed this with both the RGR plugin developer and Davideo7 a while back, but the feature was never implemented.

In other words, it's not fixable without the feature added to the RGR plugin package.

When you follow the steps I mentioned in MAME 0.160 outside of the RGR plugin it works, but with the RGR plugin it doesn't. I'm not sure why, which is what I meant by the feature was never implemented into the RGR plugin.
