Hi everyone,

After having downloaded the Vizzed RGR Plugin (version 2.40), I am still unable to play games. I have tried it on both Chrome and Firefox.

It says "Operating System Requirements: Windows XP, Vista or 7.". However, I have a later version of Windows.
What do you suggest I do?

I should be able to provide a fix for your firefox troubles.

In the game window, on the left of the search bar, look for an icon that looks similar to a lego. Click that, and enable the RGR plugin. Close the window and reopen the game and it should work.
