There's this cool, simple test that I found online recently. So basically, you use your finger to draw an E (or whatever letter you want, but E seems to be the most popular choice for this) on your forehead. Do it for yourself. After you have done that, read on. 


Spoiler:
If you drew the E so it would look an E to you, you are more self oriented. You are likely a natural leader. If you drew the E so others can read it as an E, then you are likely more considerate of others, but are not as good of a leader. I actually was the latter.

I actually heard this awhile back and thought it was pretty interesting. I don't put much stock into things like this, but my result rang pretty true. I just did it again without reading the spoiler (I couldn't remember what the test "said"), and my result was the same.

Well, I didn't DO it. But I need to get my ID today, so there's no point pointing a giant E on my head. I would have naturally written it so others could read it, but only because I wouldn't NEED to read it myself, it's on my forehead, there's no point.

Funny thing about this is though. A GOOD leader need to CARE about people and actually be perceptive. While leaders also CAN be self centered and unperceptive, I'd like to think people like Donald Drumpf Trump would be a perfect example of why that's not really a good thing. Although that's also not to say people who are self oriented can't also be good leaders, but honestly the subject is far more complicated than that.

I ended up doing it so others could read it, but if I hadn't actually thought about it, I would have done it where I would be able to read it myself.
