I usually like to stick to drinking either water, milk/chocolate milk, orange juice, and occasionally sprite if I'm craving a fizzy drink. For the most part, I try to stray away from drinking coffee and tea as well as sodas. I've almost completely cut them out of my diet because they cause plaque build up on teeth, weight gain in the belly area, diabetes, and even a higher chance of getting cancer. In the long run, I am glad I don't drink soda anymore and I feel healthier because of it.

That's about it as far as what I drink goes. Water accounts for about 90% of what I drink each day. I always keep in mind not to drink too much of it though.

What I drink more than any thing is by far Mountain Dew.

That's not to say I don't drink water or any thing else, because I do drink "enough" water and other stuff to get by. Some of the other things I drink fairly often would be Gatorade, Orange Juice, Chocolate Milk ( TruMoo is the bomb!! lol ), and every once in a while some flavored water like Crystal Light or some thing of that nature. When it comes to actual water, I probably drink about 2 or 3 liters a day, on top of the 2 to 3 cans / bottles of Mountain Dew each day.

In the morning I'll drink a glass of milk and then I'll drink water for the rest of the day. I always buy 0.5 liter bottles so I know how much I've had already. 3-4 of those a day and I'm good.

Not a fan of soda or orange juice so I'll stick to drinking healthy. Kind of makes up for the amount of chocolate that I eat
