I have one Mew serial code to giveaway to anyone with a NA region 3DS Pokemon game.
I received this code from the official Pokemon club newsletter, but as I'm in Australia and this code only works on American games I'm giving YOU the chance to grab this legendary Pokemon.
When you use this code in Mystery Gift a delivery girl will appear in the Pokemon Center to give you your very own Mew!

This raffle will be open for one week, till August 24th, and cost 1,000 Viz per entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
To enter, simply transfer the Viz to my account and post a number between 1 and 1,000.
On the 25th I will use a random number generator to pick a winner, with the closest number getting the prize.

Please note that the winner must have a compatible game & console, and will have until August 31st to use this code, after which it will expire.

Just out of curiosity, if my girl has a 3DS and the game, but I don't, could I still enter this to try and win the code for them? Or because I don't technically own it myself, am I ineligible?

*EDIT* -- She doesn't need it (or rather can't get another one), so I won't be participating after all. Just letting everyone who sees this know their chances are even better since the 100 + entries I was going to purchase no longer applies lol

Edit: just in case that wasn't clear, yes you can enter on someone elses behalf to try and win them the code, so long as you're aware that the code is region locked to American consoles/games and needs to be redeemed by August 31st

How do you even get these emails anyway? I am signed up for everything, yet never get any emails or giveaways or anything, for instance I was supposed to get the legendary birds a few months ago, I believe from the same place you got this from, but I never did.

zanderlex : Gen 6 was the first time since the GBC era where I owned a game so didn't want to miss out on any of the events. I read about the birds through the serebii.net page for all current Pokemon events. 

So, determined to get those birds, I scoured the internet. I will admit it took me a while to finally find out how to sign up, and I don't recall much right now. I can tell you it's the Pokemon Trainer Club account and its associated newsletter where I get ads and those codes. If you've already got a Trainer Club account I don't know what else to tell you. The emails with the codes are coming from pokemon@email.pokemon.com. 

OH I just remembered another detail: I believe it's also the website/account you use to connect the Game Link to your games via the 3DS. 

And I did find the one with the Mew code. Also has a TCG online code. So if interested in either I can PM

zanderlex : Made an account to play the online TCG, set my region to USA so that I wouldn't miss out on codes for the online TCG (as I knew from past experience with these sort of things that if I set my region to AU I wouldn't get many newsletters) signed up for newsletter and started playing online TCG.
Haven't even bothered linking my 3DS games to the account as I don't play in comps or even do multiplayer, so I think it's either you need to have the exact right settings or it randomly picks who it will send codes to.
Every TCG code it's sent me has always worked, so that's a plus that those aren't region locked, but I know from past experience that 3DS codes generally are region locked.
I'm not sure if they are still valid but I should have the legendary bird codes somewhere, I'll check for you.

Also if either of you wants the Happy Hour Meowth (so far only available to PAL region games) I can get you one as I have a spare game card that I'm able to reload as many times as needed for these sort of unlimited distributions.
