There is worse DRM's, like Spore or Sims 3.

Copy protection, it's this thing that installs into your computer and you need it to validate if you bought the game or not. It's a f***ing awful system and does more harm to your computer.

Yeah I do agree, this is the main reason everyone should buy console games which you can't mod and online game connecting is really hard to set up.

But yeah, what is WRONG with the people making games, you get booted to the main menu if your internet got disconnected, and if you didn't save you are done for good.

Those idiots care about their money more then they care about us actually PLAYING the game.

At least I can play spore offline after I install it online.
But this ? I think you're computer is going to die just because your internet is down.

I think the people who made assassin creed was in partnership with SONY or Mircosoft, because by the looks of it...it is like they did this so we can buy for their systems.

P.S: The people who don't have online are best getting a Xbox 360 or PS3 because of this.

I HATE DRM! I hate music,movie,game,and anything else's DRM! drm does NOT stop piracy it may slow them down but will not stop them. all it does is hurt those who actually buy the game. so i have this to say screw ubisoft,screw EA, and screw anyone else who wants this in their games i will not give these people my money (for pc games anyways) until the idiotically strict drm gets at least pushed down way hard in its strictness. i want no install limit,the ability to play it on my virtual drive (which i can do anyways but it is hard for some games) and NO INTERNET REQUIRED!i find it wrong to screw those who have no internet for whatever reason (like being too far away from an ISP for service).
