So I'm trying to upload a screenshot of the physical copy I own of Disney's Atlantis The Lost Empire to it's screenshot's page, as it does not have one and I wanted to contribute.

I can also provide photo proof upon request.
Anyway, I can upload the screenshot of the game, but when I go to the Retrieve, Add or Update your Screenshots option, all I'm greeted by is a popup box that says, "Click Screenshots below to ADD them.   These are not on game's page.   You'll earn Viz and CP for submitting them.
Click Screenshots below to EDIT them.   These are on game's page.   Yellow bordered screenshots need more details." and just a blank black box with no picture.
I have tried Adding the screenshot to the site through both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Neither have worked.
I am very confused and am requesting some help on this matter.

Are you sure the screenshot follows the guidelines that are shown on the pop-up appearing after you click "Upload Your Screenshots"? Sometimes the error message is hardly seeable, so you could mistakenly believe it was added correctly when in reality it didn't.

And well, being the Sony Manager, I'd like to have a glimpse at the screenshot. It's my duty to provide and/or approve content for those games, so I must make sure it meets the criteria to be assigned to the slot it would fit in.

I've double-checked the guidelines as well, and it says nothing about file format. I know that only one format is allowed in the slots I work with, so it's strange to see that all kinds of formats can be added this way. Makes little sense, but whatever.

If I had to guess, I would think its having problems because of the game name.
There are similar issues with other games in the RGR with apostrophes.
