Hello, and thank you for looking at this. As you don't know, I have been using RPG Maker 2003 for quite some time now.. and I have completed a game. What let me to RPG Maker 2003 was Pom Gets Wi-Fi, which I found thru YouTube. I have created a game called The Plains, as it is my first, but best so far game. About it: I'm not completely comfortable with random encounters, so they are none. You spawn by a cat, get on it lol. Go down and search for the island and board it. Or you could always check out the village! You get a lot of gold there if you talk to the Old Man. If you want to hear more about this game PLEASE TELL ME!

Tbh this is one of my firrst games, so its not very good and i was just learning the ropes of RPGM2003. and also, im currently making a new game, UnderTape. Its basically Undertale but in rpgmaker 2003 and is free. Im currently attempting another project that has to do with puzzles. but Undertape is high priority. I will release a demo for Undertape if asked for (basically the ruins) and the puzzle project is currently abandoned.

If you make your own game, I would recommend making the controls easy, the audio balanced and fitting, and make sure that the plot or puzzles follow basic logic and not a far-fetched story that you'd have to be clairvoyant to understand.
