Q: Didn't you review a controller not too long ago?
A: Yes I did, but I'm fairly terrible with game pads so again I got a replacement  due to the cord having a short in it.

What's weird about this controller is that it's not officially described as a Double Shock 2 on the packaging, on the Official Lite Packaging this controller is classified as a Lite RumblePad.   Yet Sites like E-bay and Amazon says it's a Lite Double Shock 2.. So I can't say what the official name is.
so for the purpose of this review I'll just call it the Lite Game pad.

Speaking of E-bay, I bought the controller from E-bay for 9 dollars and 21 cents. Due to e-bay having a reputation as a scam site I was skeptical about this purchase.

This controller arrives in your typical Clamp shell packaging which is fairly easy to open,  Inside you'll find the controller,  a small picture of features unfortunately the picture has text which is too small for me to read.
Lastly, the package includes a CD disk containing drivers. Beware the size of the CD disk is the same as a Nintendo Game cube type of disk, so it may go falling out of your disk compartment rather easily.  I wouldn't be saying that but my Small Disk Driver has so many scratches from it falling out of my PC whenever it didn't wanna read the files.
The Disk is needed for some older windows operating systems such as XP, Vista, or even Windows 98. As it will tell you how it functions and operates; provided if you can live with the various amount of typos found within the read me file.
In Operating systems like Windows 10 the disk becomes useless as Windows will detect this controller as a "Generic USB controller".

So what does the Lite game pad offer for us?

-A very similar design to the Sony DualShock 2 controller.   So similar, it even features 4 sets of buttons on the back side: 2 larges ones, and 2 small bumpers.
-This controller has a remarkably similar D-Pad to the Sony controllers, featuring a split up directional design.
- Two Grips on the side of each handle making it very comfortable to hold.
-The Controller has two Joysticks but they felt slippery when I got it out of the box.  Not a good sign.
-This controller also features a Clear and Turbo button, but when I tried to test them using the Windows Program they didn't show up as a button so I don't know if these work or not.

This controller has the D-Pad setup as the analog stick.   The Analog sticks are turned off by default, in order to turn the analog sticks on:  You have to hit the d-pad and the mode button at the same time for a few seconds.   Once this is done you'll see a blinking red light in the middle of the controller.
The Controller also feels incomplete in some sections,    You can actually see the Red Led Light through the controller's case which shouldn't be happening. The controller feels cheap, but I haven't ran into any input issues regarding the d-pad, buttons or analog sticks.

So I'll recap and give my verdict on this:
The good:
Good Responsive controls.
Tight Grips on the side providing comfortable gaming sessions.
Cheap Price tag.
The bad:
A little bit of tinkering required to set it up.
Doesn't work for games that support a 360 controller as this reads as a generic usb controller.
Cheap casing as the Led-light can be seen through the controller.
A small Disk that can be scratched up really easily, and sometimes doesn't read properly.
-Slippery joysticks.
-Typos within the read me file that's supposed to give instructions.
-Bad for racing games as it doesn't  have any trigger buttons.

Conclusion and rating: 4.9 out of 10  This thing feels so rushed and incomplete. The only good thing about it is the responsive controls, otherwise it's hard to recommend this thing to anyone.

Edit: Didn't mean to summon a user by the name of Q.. didn't know that was there my apologizes.
