Either you have another instance running (or it didn't close properly) or there is something blocking it, such as anti-virus.
You can try restarting your PC and see if that fixes it.
If that doesn't work, try disabling your anti-virus for 10 minutes or so to test it.

First of all, if I where you start using proper grammar, have sentence structure. And its a bad idea to sandwich post man lol. 


Here is the problem. Either your browsers are out of date, you have a firewall blocking you(Unlikely) or your computer cant handle PSX games. Drivers could be out of date too.

Their is a driver update utility witch will update your system to have it working better if your drivers are out of date.
Try updating your browser. Or just use Google chrome. It works best with vizzed anyways.

Or you can uninstall and reinstall the Plugin. If that still doesn't work than resort to a older version. If the problem still continues than your pc is most likely just not strong enough to handle those games. If the problem still continues than summon me back to the thread. I hope I helped you(:
