Every time I attempt to start Metal Slug 4 [MAME], it shows all the stuff that shows the game is loading. Then BAM! It stops when the loading bar is full and says at the bottom 'Emulator Closed.' what does this mean? I didn't close out of anything! I just want to play some Metal Slug. Can anyone help me with this? I've tried on Firefox, same thing happens. (I mainly use Google Chrome.)

  I always use FIREFOX and have noticed the same problem with some of the other games the cause of the problem could be that the game might have a corrupt or broken file that is preventing it from being playable,what I would suggest is that you try mentioning this to tRIUNE the administrator,he might be able to fix it

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin?

Ugh... AVG.
We seem to have the most problems with AVG and McAfee with false positives.
Try disabling your anti virus for 5 minutes while you test the plugin and see if it works.
If it does, we can look into exceptions for the RGR plugin.

Vanelan : OK. I would uninstall AVG if I could. But my parents installed it. Not me. AVG also attempts to 'protect' me from my Steam games. Mainly the Steam versions of Metal Slug X, 3 and the original.
