Being grossly negligent can also become an excuse should someone you know use your Netflix password...

Anyway as much as I hate Clinton I highly doubt she will EVER get indicted, even with a Trump presidency. Politicians are all friends trying to amass as much power in their hands. Did Obama ever did something against W Bush or HIS gang?
