I hydrated all the time because I'm constantly moving and exercising. I run between 10-20 miles a week depending on how busy I am so I need to stay hydrated to be healthy.

Water is awesome, it tastes good, and I can even feel it moving in my veins when I haven't had a drink in a while.

Hydrate, kids, it makes everything, including your brain, work better.

Ghostbear1111 : I hear ya on that, water is really, really good for the body. So everyone does their best on how they drink it one way or another. That's the thing I love about water see it does many things, and help with more other things just make you feel a whole lot more better in so many ways.
