Ok you got me, fite me.

Up until recently, I was not truly a fan of Star Wars. In terms of the movies, the only one I ever saw was Episode III and up until now, I have only seen ONE scene from the original series. As for the games, I have only liked one game ever, Episode I for Playstation. I just didn't like it enough until I saw The Force Awakens. The only reason I saw it was because of all the hype, but then everything started falling into place once I saw it and I became a big fan of the series. So once I found out that there was going to be a Lego game based on the movie, not even a regular Star Wars game, a Lego one, I knew that I had to play it. The game was shipped on Thursday and sing it came I have probably invested about 3 or 4 hours into it and have not been disappointed, it's truly everything that you could want from both a Star Wars game, and a Lego game.

GRAPHICS: 9/10

The graphics are in fact a huge step up from what they used to be in previous Lego games. That's not to say that they used to be bad, it's just that they are better now. The game is full of color and a great amount of detail for a game that's made our of little blocks, and everything runs smoothly. The only downside is playing a game like this on a handheld console. Yes I would say that this looks far better than most other Lego games and even some other Vita games in general, however I think it looks even better on a bigger screen.

SOUND: 8/10

I wont lie, I don't like the music entirely of Star Wars either. Of course I like the main theme song but beyond that, im not too familiar with the music of Star Wars, aside for maybe the music that surrounds Rey, I guess I could say that I like that. However, Star Wars fans can easily like the music that plays in this game, and in addition to the music, the game comes equipped with a nice assortment of sound effects and some dialogue which stay true at times to how most Lego games sound, and most Lego games make you laugh.

ADDICTIVENESS: 10/10

This game has so many awesome things going on at once and is perfect for many different types of gamers. First off, if you even likes any of the other Lego games just a bit, then you should love this game because it has the same feel. Lego games always come up with so many clever ways to make you have fun while playing their games and this is no exception. Then you have the Star Wars aspect of the game where you get to relive the epic battles that took place in the movie. Who doesn't want to do that? That's just a few of the reasons why the game is so much fun.

STORY: 10/10

The story is amazing for two reasons. First off, it stays true to the story of the movie. It's almost an exact replica of everything that happens in the movie. The best part is, you can even play as Poe! Wooot. Pretty much every battle you saw in the movie, is playable, its just one looooong game about trying to defeat the First Order. The other reason is that the game also has game play that does not take place during the time of the movie, but essentially forms some kind of a bridge between Episodes VI and VII, but im not going to spoil too much about what happens there.

DEPTH: 8/10

For the depth, im going to say that there are two main aspects that make the game quite big. First you have the story. That's because the plot of Episode VII is pretty long and because of that, following through all that in a game leads to a lot of game play, and not to forget you are also playing through the stuff that happened before Episode VII. Another good aspect of the depth is the selection of characters that you can play as. You can pretty much play as everyone. You have Finn, Rey, Poe, Han, and others, there's just so much to do.

DIFFICULTY 5

I always had some trouble with these Lego games, mainly because I had a lot of trouble with seeing what I need to do. In this game, there might be a time where im in the middle of some mission and I have no idea what to do, I might need to destroy something, build something, attack something, press something, and I just can't seem to figure out where it is that the game wants me to go. If you are good at finding things like this and can quickly figure out what to do, then the game will breeze by, but for others, it might be a little challenging.

OVERALL: 9/10

Almost every Lego game is a good game, and this is no exception. The game at times is very clever and it looks and feels great, not to mention that like in other Lego games, there's a plethora of comedy to lighten up the mood and make you laugh. If you are a fan of Star Wars in general and have never played a Lego game in your life, this could be the one for you, you're going to play it and you're going to like it. It works the other way around as well, if you are a fan of the Lego games but never cared for Star Wars, this could be the game that changes your mind about the world, so you should play it either way. Overall, the game is amazing and my grade for Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is going to be a great 9 out of 10.

Have you played LEGO Marvel Super Heroes? My brother and I have invested nearly 100 hours into that game, and we still find fun from it. We like to run around the city and see how well we can follow each other in different vehicles or as different characters. It's often on sale for $4.99 for Steam on various websites. It's SOOOO good. And there are lots of levels. 15 regular levels, and I think over a dozen extra "minisodes". We still haven't completed them all (largely because we most enjoy experiencing the game in the city, outside of levels).

The "greats" of the LEGO series (by many) are considered to be LEGO Lord of the Rings, LEGO Batman 2, LEGO Marvel, LEGO Avengers, and this one, LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Basically, all of the open world LEGOs (iirc), except for LEGO The Hobbit, because that one ends before the plot of the movies/book does, and it's too similar to LEGO LotR; and LEGO Jurassic World (iirc). I'm not entirely sure why that one is not included, but lists I've seen tend not to include it in the greats.

supernerd117 : I have played a couple of the demos for one version of that game, but I could never fully have it. I probably put In like 5 hours just in the demos and I think I might even like that one more than this one, but even when it's on sale, it's still expensive, so I probably wont be getting that one lol. Unless someone like you wanted to buy a copy of the game for someone else. *cough cough*
